TRUE FIT Sportswear

The Situation

TRUE FIT Sportswear is a custom sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot (OEM, ODM and private label), run by two named founders: me on quotes and client relations, Muhammad Rehan on production. Its customers are brands and founders abroad who can't visit the factory, so the website has to show who is behind the business and make the first step, a quote or a sample, easy.

What I Did

I co-founded the company and built its website on custom PHP: a product catalog across 24 categories, quote and sample request flows, a step-by-step "sample first" ordering explainer (no MOQ on samples, bulk from 20 pieces), a published business-verification page, a factory video tour, and landing pages for USA, UK and Canadian brands.

Washing Loop

The Situation

Washing Loop is a doorstep laundry and dry-cleaning service in Dubai with free pickup and 24-hour express delivery. Its website needed to show exact prices up front and let a customer book a pickup in under a minute, with no app download.

What I Did

Built the booking platform on PHP: an order builder where customers add items by category (wash & press, dry cleaning, press only, bed & bath, shoe care, bag care) and watch the total update, a bag-size option for wash & fold, booking without an account, WhatsApp and email confirmation of the final bill, a points-and-referral rewards programme, an Arabic version and Dubai area pages.

AI Voice & Chat Agents for Client Support

The Situation

The pattern behind most agent projects: businesses losing leads to missed calls and slow first responses, with no realistic way to staff round-the-clock support.

What I Did

I build AI voice and chat agents on Retell AI / Vapi, connected to CRM and messaging channels (including WhatsApp Cloud API) through n8n workflows, so inbound inquiries get an immediate, on-brand response before a human ever needs to step in.
