Technical SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization

Getting found is half the job. Getting the visitor to buy is the other half. I work on both — technical SEO so Google can read and rank your store, and CRO across product pages, navigation, cart and checkout so the traffic you already have turns into orders.

What's Included

Built around real customer psychology, not guesswork

A store that ranks well but doesn't convert is still losing money. These are the four areas the work covers — usually in combination, because they feed each other.

SEO

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, canonical and duplicate-URL cleanup, sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals and the theme-level issues that quietly stop Google from reading a Shopify store properly.

Structured Data & On-Page SEO

Product Page, Cart & Checkout CRO

Offer clarity, trust signals, variant selection, shipping and returns visibility, sticky add-to-cart, cart upsells and checkout friction — the places where "interested" turns into "purchased" or doesn't.

TRUE FIT Sportswear

The Situation

TRUE FIT Sportswear is a custom sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot (OEM, ODM and private label), run by two named founders: me on quotes and client relations, Muhammad Rehan on production. Its customers are brands and founders abroad who can't visit the factory, so the website has to show who is behind the business and make the first step, a quote or a sample, easy.

What I Did

I co-founded the company and built its website on custom PHP: a product catalog across 24 categories, quote and sample request flows, a step-by-step "sample first" ordering explainer (no MOQ on samples, bulk from 20 pieces), a published business-verification page, a factory video tour, and landing pages for USA, UK and Canadian brands.

My traffic is fine but my store isn't converting. Where do you start?

With the data and the buying path, not a redesign. I look at GA4 and heatmap/session data to find where visitors drop off, then work through the product page, navigation, cart and checkout in that order — offer clarity, trust signals, variant selection, shipping and returns visibility, mobile friction, and speed. Fixes are prioritized by what the data says is losing you the most.

What does technical SEO for a Shopify store include?

Crawlability and indexation (robots, sitemap, canonical tags, duplicate collection/product URLs), structured data (Product, Offer, Breadcrumb, FAQ), page titles and meta descriptions at scale, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, image optimization, and fixing the theme-level issues that stop Google from reading your store properly.

Do you do keyword research and content, or just technical work?

Both. Technical SEO makes sure Google can read your store; product, collection and blog content is what gives it something to rank. I handle product and collection page optimization, keyword-targeted collection descriptions and blog content plans, and set up GA4 and Search Console so results are measurable.

How long until SEO changes show results?

Technical fixes are often reflected within a few weeks of Google recrawling the site. Ranking improvements from content and authority building usually take months and compound over time. CRO changes, on the other hand, show up in conversion rate as soon as enough traffic has gone through them.

Can you set up GA4 and Google Search Console properly?

Yes — including ecommerce event tracking (view item, add to cart, begin checkout, purchase), conversion goals, and Search Console verification and sitemap submission. I'm certified in both GA4 and Search Console.
